About the Role – Corporate Trainer

As Corporate Trainer, you will design and deliver effective, high-impact learning programs across key business verticals such as ALDI, Deposits, and the Partners & Distribution team — including first-line and middle managers.

You’ll be responsible for the full learning cycle: identifying skill gaps, designing and delivering blended learning solutions, and measuring impact. This role also plays a vital part in building manager capabilities, driving a culture of leadership, and supporting the digital evolution of our learning offerings.


Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Training Delivery

  • Assess employee learning needs through stakeholder engagement, feedback, and performance data
  • Design tailored learning programs aligned with team goals and business outcomes
  • Deliver engaging training sessions (in-person, online, hybrid), using a variety of facilitation methods
  • Collect learner feedback, measure knowledge retention, and improve content over time

Business Partnership

  • Work closely with one or more verticals (e.g., ALDI, Deposits) to identify training priorities
  • Recommend learning strategies that support team performance and long-term growth
  • Act as a trusted advisor to line managers, supervisors, and business leaders

Leadership Support

  • Design and deliver learning initiatives focused on leadership, communication, and performance management
  • Equip managers with the tools and mindset to lead high-performing teams
  • Contribute to shaping Salmon’s leadership culture through continuous learning initiatives

Collaboration with Methodologists & E-learning Team

  • Translate live training content into digital formats (e.g., video, microlearning, self-paced modules)
  • Keep learning materials up-to-date with operational and compliance changes
  • Support the creation of scalable content for long-term capability building

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track attendance, participation, and feedback for all training sessions
  • Analyze knowledge assessments, performance trends, and learning effectiveness
  • Propose improvements to content, formats, and delivery based on data


Qualifications & Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in corporate or business training
  • Experience in designing learning programs tied to specific team or business goals
  • Proven ability to work with and train managers, supervisors, or leaders
  • Strong facilitation skills—confident in leading both in-person and virtual sessions
  • End-to-end training expertise: needs analysis, design, delivery, feedback, and evaluation
  • Knowledge of modern learning formats: hybrid, online, microlearning, and interactive formats
  • English proficiency (upper-intermediate level or above)
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Organized, resourceful, and able to work across multiple teams and priorities
