ROLE OVERVIEW

We are expanding our global Client Services & Media Operations team and are seeking talented editors with expertise in either audio or video production. As a Corporate Media Editor, you will support the production of corporate presentations for capital markets transactions, working closely with clients across EMEA and the USA. These productions are conducted almost entirely in a virtual environment using platforms such as Zoom, Teams, and Webex.


The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, detail-oriented, motivated, and a critical thinker who is able to execute with a high degree of professionalism in a fast-paced environment.You will be responsible for supporting corporate media productions from recording through final delivery -whether that is audio, video, or both. This is a client-facing role where professionalism, technical skill, and project management ability are equally important.


Responsibilities

  • Work with our clients in EMEA and USA to execute media deliverables, primarily focused on our Deal Roadshow and Evercall services
  • Moderate corporate recording sessions using standard conferencing platforms such as Zoom, Teams and Webex
  • Edit corporate presentations using video and/or audio editing software (Adobe Premiere, Audacity, etc.)
  • Manage the production process end-to-end, including the organization of all digital assets and distribution of audio & video projects
  • Regularly review live and pre-produced event bookings to ensure all media components are accounted for and prepared ahead of launch
  • Provide best-in-class phone email support to client utilizing our media-based services
  • Solicit and internally communicate client feedback

WHAT YOU BRING

Hard Skills

  • 1-2 years of experience working in audio or video production (required)
  • Familiarity with industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Audacity, or similar).
  • Ability to create basic graphics and title cards in Adobe Premiere is a plus
  • Understanding of production workflows, including recording, editing, and asset management.
  • Strong proficiency with computers and ability to quickly learn new applications.
  • Proficiency with online research (knowing how to find things online beyond “Googling it”)


Soft Skills

  • Demonstrated critical thinking: Ability to analyze nuanced client inquiries and draw informed conclusions
  • Attention to detail with strong project management skills: You can manage various tasks and prioritize deliverables & deadlines effectively
  • Self-starter who is able to offer solutions to a wide range of impromptu challenges during media productions
  • Strong time management practices and ability to get things done
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Good attitude and coach-ability
  • High degree of reliability and trustworthiness


Languages

  • Fluency in English is required


SHIFT AVAILABILITY

*This is an in-office position

  • 10pm to 7am PHT, Monday - Friday (local time dependent on US Daylight Savings Time)


LOCATION

  • Bonifacio Global City


COMPENSATION

  • Base Salary: ₱102,000 - 115,000 monthly (based on experience)
  • Night differential pay on top of base salary for hours worked from 10PM to 6AM PHT
