Trial & Compensation

Setup: Part-time role with a market-aligned monthly retainer + performance upside based on outcomes.

Phase 1: We start with a paid trial week to ensure a tight fit for both sides before long-term engagement.

What You’ll Do

• 01 Hunt Corporate OpportunitiesIdentify target enterprise accounts in HR and Workplace teams.
• 02 Keep Deals MovingMaintain a clean pipeline and ensure every conversation has a clear next step.
• 03 Sales ExecutionPrepare high-end proposals and decks using founder direction.
• 04 Founder SupportChief-of-Staff energy. Nudge and flag stalled deals early.
  
  

Who This Is For

4+ years experience in BD, Partnerships, or startup ops.

Deep familiarity with the Philippine enterprise landscape.

High follow-through and personal accountability.

Comfortable building the plane while it's in the air.
