Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Publisher to support our content operations by formatting, publishing, and quality-checking pages on a customized WordPress platform. This role is ideal for someone with strong WordPress experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to follow detailed documentation while working within a non-standard publishing system to ensure high-quality, accurate content delivery.

Skills Required

• Strong hands-on experience with WordPress (custom themes, shortcodes, page formatting)
• High attention to detail and content QA mindset
• Ability to follow detailed documentation and SOPs accurately
• Comfort working with Google Sheets for tracking and coordination
• Strong content formatting and layout checking skills
• Ability to learn complex systems and adapt quickly
• Basic understanding of web page display, responsiveness, and publishing workflows
• Time management and consistency when handling repetitive tasks
  
  

What will you do?

• Format and publish content using a customized WordPress system
• Add and manage existing images, shortcodes, and page elements
• Ensure published pages are accurate, complete, and visually correct
• Perform post-publish quality checks and fix formatting or display issues
• Follow documentation and SOPs during publishing and updates
• Track publishing tasks and statuses using Google Sheets
• Coordinate with the team to resolve content or layout issues
