Schedule: Monday to Friday (06:00 AM-03:00 PM PHT)

The Compliance Administrator supports the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of compliance systems and processes to ensure the organisation meets all relevant regulatory requirements.

This role provides day-to-day administrative and compliance support to management and staff across all entities.

The Compliance Administrator works closely with the Head of Compliance and Governance to maintain quality standards, manage documentation, support audits, and assist with contractor compliance requirements.

  • Regulatory Compliance Support
  • Assist in implementing and monitoring systems and processes to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Support internal audits and inspections, identifying potential non-compliance issues
  • Assist in preparing action plans and tracking corrective actions
  • Maintain compliance registers and reporting documentation
  • Provide administrative support to departments on compliance-related matters
  • Assist staff with compliance documentation requirements
  • Support compliance communications and updates across the organisation
  • Maintain master document control across all entities using SharePoint
  • Ensure policies, procedures, and compliance records are current and accessible
  • Develop and maintain document control processes for departments
  • Support contractor onboarding and ensure required compliance documentation is collected
  • Maintain contractor registers and agreements
  • Audit contractor documentation for completeness and regulatory alignment
  • Record and store contractor information in SharePoint
  • Assist in maintaining the organisations quality improvement framework
  • Collect and analyse quality data to identify trends
  • Support implementation of quality improvement initiatives
  • Promote a culture of compliance and continuous improvement
  • Assist with reviewing and updating policies to reflect regulatory changes
  • Support compliance with Aged Care and NDIS standards
  • Maintain governance records and documentation
  • Provide administrative support to the Compliance and Governance function
  • Undertake additional tasks as delegated to support organisational operations
  • Experience in compliance administration, audits, quality, or a similar support role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Sound understanding of Aged Care and/or NDIS compliance requirements (desirable)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
