Position Title: Compensation Evaluation Officer

Job Summary:

• Conducts comparative industry salary studies and other special studies and analysis related to officer compensation and benefits
• Handles all salary movements related to hiring, promotion, merit review, retirement and separation of employees of the Bank

Role Exposure:

• Conducts annual review of Bank officers’ compensation processes and programs (salary structure and increases) to develop a rational salary system
• Recommends merit increases for officers on an anniversary (date of hiring) basis according to policy guidelines, prepare and release letters to respective heads
• Prepares and implements compensation packages of all officers

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Analytical
• With excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills (customer service)
• Has strong collaboration skills to work effectively across various business and functions
• Able to perform other related functions that may be assigned from time to time
