Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance organisational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Lead and mentor teams to achieve set goals and objectives.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve performance.
Analyse performance metrics and implement necessary improvements.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement across sales teams & technical functions.

Proven leadership skills to manage and inspire teams effectively.
