Client: Global Consumer Electronics Domestic Equipment company
The role involves overseeing and managing all Sales functions, including Distribution, Route to Market (RTM), Distributor and Account Management for both online and offline channels. The person will define effective market routes, choose profitable sales channels or distributor partnerships, and create account plans for each customer. They will drive product distribution for Small Domestic Appliance (SDA) and CW categories, manage trade spending efficiently to boost market visibility, and take full responsibility for end-to-end marketing activities—covering product management and marketing plan execution (both ATL and BTL)—across all Groupe SEB categories.
Qualifications:
-Degree or higher in Sales or Marketing.
-Minimum 12-15 years of experience in sales and marketing/trade marketing.
-Experience in consumer electronics is a must, SDA categories are preferable.
-Perfectly familiar and at ease with sales activities, which include Distributor Management, RTM management, and Account Management.
-Knowledge of distribution: Hyper, Department Stores (ideally Electronic Specialists), e-Commerce, and Traditional trade.
-Perfectly familiar with the retail landscape.
