Our client is a leading consumer goods company seeking an accomplished Commercial Director to lead its next phase of growth. This is a critical leadership role for a commercially driven executive with a track record of driving transformational growth and building high-performing teams.
Job Description
- Define and execute the enterprise commercial strategy, ensuring sustainable revenue growth, profitability, market leadership, and long-term value creation across all business segments.
- Own the overall commercial performance of the business, including full P&L accountability, strategic planning, investment prioritisation, and delivery of financial objectives.
- Lead enterprise-wide growth initiatives, including market expansion, portfolio transformation, innovation pipelines, strategic partnerships, and new business opportunities.
- Drive commercial excellence through customer-centric strategies, route-to-market optimisation, pricing governance, revenue growth management, and data-driven decision-making.
- Executive leadership experience within the FMCG, consumer goods, or retail sectors, with a proven track record of leading large-scale commercial organisations and delivering sustained business growth.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, including full P&L ownership, strategic planning, revenue growth management, and margin optimisation within complex business environments.
- Demonstrated ability to influence C-suite stakeholders, lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, and build high-performing leadership teams that drive organisational performance.
