DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).
The Impact You Will Have In This Role
Being a member of Client Account Services (CAS), you will play a leading role in key client lifecycle activities and client setups, fostering cross-functional collaboration and providing sound analysis. CAS team, in partnership with the leads across Client Services, will develop a strategy to achieve desired objectives using a logical approach and deliver prompt and professional guidance as well as understand the risk and audit needs of the Client Account Services processes. Client Account Services Project Specialists have a passion for client service and a proven track record of contributing to management of projects by setting standards, goals, and priorities and adjusting the teams direction in response to a changing environment. Client Account Services Project Specialists actively representing Client Account Services on process and technology enhancement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce risk. The position requires a capable professional with the right mix of experience and skills and the motivation to build on them in the role. This includes an ability to flex between strategic and the tactical responsibilities, strong verbal and written communication skills, and a high level of energy and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented, client solutions driven environment.
Your Primary Responsibilities
Responsible for independently acting as an associate project manager on client migration projects for the duration of the project life-cycle from initiation through to closure in order to meet the project’s objectives and stakeholders’ expectations
Work closely with business stakeholders and SMEs to develop deep understanding of current state models, needs and challenges facing the businesses supported by CAS-RDS and TIW Operations teams.
With assistance from the Associate Director, develop project plans, scope, deliverables, required resources, and timing for assigned projects and ensure that they are aligned to the team’s goals and objectives.
Support the Associate Director by performing various aspects of the project management lifecycle and analysis for more complex client migration projects.
Lead data analyses, hypotheses development and testing, operating model design as needed.
Applies a risk-based approach when designing new processes and operating models.
Act as a “change agent” by proactively identifying and championing opportunities to enhance existing processes and tools
Be recognized as a lead partner with various internal teams (e.g., Product, AD teams, Integration, Relationship Management, etc.) by ensuring that all lifecycle activities occur seamlessly and meet stakeholder expectations.
Liaise with other DTCC associates globally to facilitate effective project management.
Provide support on new product initiatives that intersect with Enterprise Services and lifecycle processes.
Pay close attention to detail with a knack for identifying process and operational risks.
Strong technical skillset, including the mastery of DTCC’s CRM tool (Salesforce), back-end systems, etc.
Ensure compliance of our benchmark targets and objectives by reviewing weekly and monthly team metrics and addressing any outliers related to quality and timely responses as needed.
Define, plan, document and review project scope and project updates as needed.
Represent CAS-RDS in product enhancement / process improvement sessions / workshops as required.
Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately
Proactively identify and assist (reassess, anticipate, manage, reduce) in mitigating risks through incident management activities, Policy and Procedure maintenance, and through CAS-RDS releases and process changes.
Demonstrate and embed the behaviors and competencies that create a risk management mindset within CAS-RDS.
Foster an environment of regulatory awareness and ensure regulatory compliance.
Support other risk tasks such as but not limited to: Management Control Testing, PRC refresh updates and maintenance, EUCA maintenance, etc.
Other miscellaneous and ad-hoc duties as deemed necessary.
Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years of related experience
Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively with all levels of internal staff as well as external contacts including regulators and participants.
