Job Description
PaxSigna, a specialist talent solutions division of the Lennor Group, seeks a senior IT leader to oversee the end-to-end IT environment for Cavite and Laguna manufacturing sites. You will drive strategic IT initiatives, align roadmaps with business goals, and partner with corporate IT to optimize MES, ERP, and OT platforms.
The role is onsite, demanding strong leadership, English proficiency, and the ability to manage complex vendor and project portfolios while maintaining production continuity.
