Chief Finance Officer

We are hiring Chief Financial Officer for multiple clients

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization, including financial planning, risk management, record-keeping, and reporting. The CFO plays a critical role in strategic decision-making and ensuring the companys financial health and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the companys financial strategy aligned with overall business goals
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Manage cash flow, investments, and capital structure
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual)
• Lead financial risk management, compliance, and internal controls
• Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team
• Monitor key financial metrics and performance indicators
• Oversee accounting, finance, tax, and audit functions
• Build and manage relationships with investors, banks, and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and tax requirements
  
  

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Strong knowledge of financial management, corporate finance, and accounting principles
• Proven experience in strategic planning and business development
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• High level of integrity and attention to detail
