Job Description

Develop and execute financial strategies to support the organizations growth and profitability objectives.
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards relevant to the Financial Services industry.
Provide strategic recommendations to the C-Suite team based on financial analysis and projections.
Manage relationships with stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
Optimize financial performance by identifying cost-saving opportunities and revenue growth initiatives.
Lead and mentor the finance team to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Monitor and manage financial risks to safeguard the organizations assets.

The Successful Applicant

Chief Finance Officer Non‑negotiables

Senior finance executive with extensive CFO-level experience in financial services or fintech.
Strong background in multi-entity financial operations, capital strategy, and regulatory compliance.
Proven leadership in financial transformation, governance, and cross-functional team management.
CPA qualification required; advanced degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
Demonstrated success in high-growth, complex, or digitally driven financial environments.

Good-to-haves

Experience with IFRS 17 or similar large-scale regulatory/standards transformation programs.
Regional or multi-market exposure across Southeast Asia.
Prior oversight of risk, compliance, or enterprise control functions.
Track record in digital finance, fintech models, or insurtech ecosystems.
