As a key member of the leadership team, the Chief Finance Officer will play a central role in shaping financial strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enabling sustainable business growth within one of the world’s most trusted logistics brands.

Responsibilities

Financial Accounting & Compliance


  • Lead general accounting operations (PTP, OTC, RTR) and ensure timely, accurate financial statements.
  • Oversee tax reporting, statutory requirements, and coordination with internal/external auditors.
  • Implement strong internal controls and ensure adherence to corporate, global, and country‑specific reporting requirements.
  • Manage cash flow, treasury operations, central bank compliance, and fixed asset accounting.


Financial Planning & Analysis


  • Drive strategic financial planning, scenario modeling, annual budgeting (IBP), and rolling forecasts.
  • Lead preparation of regional reports, monthly financial calls, and performance reviews with operations.
  • Provide insights on profitability, variance drivers, and operational performance.
  • Oversee CAPEX reporting, project financial support, and development of business case tools.


Financial Controlling & Business Partnership


  • Ensure transparency and control of functional overheads and operating costs.
  • Partner with operations and commercial teams to strengthen financial performance and decision‑making.
  • Review monthly revenue, GP, and EBIT performance and drive achievement of financial targets.


Leadership & People Management


  • Lead and develop the Finance team while fostering a high‑performance, collaborative culture.
  • Provide clarity on team roles, strategic direction, and performance expectations.
  • Manage succession planning, capability building, and employee engagement.


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, major in Accounting; Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in accounting, taxation, and FP&A.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine Taxation, PFRS, IFRS, and financial systems such as Oracle, Crest, and Plato.
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.
  • Proven leadership and people management capabilities.
  • Computer literate and fluent in English.
