Job Description

  • Channel Development & Management
    • Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with key IT channel partners in Manila and across the Philippines.
    • Develop and execute channel strategies to maximize partner engagement and revenue contribution.
    • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Sales Enablement
    • Introduce the companys cybersecurity solutions to channel partners through presentations, workshops, and enablement sessions.
    • Provide training and resources to ensure partners are equipped to position and sell services effectively.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to create partner-focused campaigns and collateral.
  • Program Design & Execution
    • Design and implement incentive programs to drive partner motivation and achieve sales targets.
    • Monitor program effectiveness and adjust strategies to optimize results.
  • Revenue & Quota Management
    • Own and deliver on assigned sales quota through channel-driven opportunities.
    • Forecast, track, and report on channel sales performance to the Country Manager.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, and Technical Support to ensure seamless partner experience.
    • Provide feedback to product and service teams based on partner and market insights.
  • Market Expansion
    • Identify emerging trends and opportunities within the cybersecurity landscape to inform channel strategy.
    • Represent the company at industry events and partner forums to strengthen brand presence.
The Successful Applicant

  • Experience
    • Minimum 7+ years in IT channel sales, preferably within cybersecurity or enterprise technology.
    • Proven track record of building and managing successful channel programs in the Philippines.
  • Skills
    • Strong understanding of IT distribution and reseller ecosystems.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to design and execute incentive programs and enablement initiatives.
  • Attributes
    • Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
    • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
