Channel Manager, Electrical Products

Job Location: Makati, Philippines

You’ll make a difference by:

  • Drive Strategic Business Planning: Align the priorities of our organization with those of our Channel Partners to achieve defined outcomes and set clear, mutually beneficial sales targets and objectives.
  • Manage Partner Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with key Channel Partners, Consultants, and their Field Teams to implement both strategic and tactical sales initiatives.
  • Implement Partner Programs: Design, develop, and execute comprehensive channel programs, including training, marketing, and incentive structures, to drive partner success and product sales.
  • Monitor Performance and Growth: Track and manage Channel Partner performance using key metrics like revenue and pipeline, providing consistent guidance and support to help them meet business goals.
  • Expand the Partner Ecosystem: Identify, recruit, and onboard new distributors, dealers, and resellers in strategic locations, evaluating them for strong alignment with our companys product offerings and goals.
  • Analyze Market Trends: Conduct market research to monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions, identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion within the Philippines.

Your defining qualities:

  • Professional Experience: Possess 6+ years of demonstrated experience in partner sales, channel development, or alliance management, preferably within the Electrical Products industry.
  • Product Knowledge: Have a strong technical understanding (approx. 6+ years of experience) of Low Voltage Power Distribution Equipment or control panels.
  • Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and professional work experience.
  • Stakeholder Management: Proven success in working and communicating effectively with multiple internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and account management.
  • Channel Experience in the Philippines: Direct experience collaborating with the different types of Channel Partners (e.g., Distributors, Value-Added Resellers) within the local Philippine market.
  • Communication and Travel: Demonstrate excellent presentation and communication skills and the ability to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend key industry events.
