Job Description
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and visitors.
- Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation and personal care.
- Monitor and report any changes in resident health or behavior to the appropriate staff.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
- Participate in recreational activities and encourage resident engagement.
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience Level: No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Compassionate, patient, and attentive to the needs of others.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Willingness to adapt to various caregiving situations.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in a residential care facility setting.
