CAPEX Purchasing Officer AU Construction Hybrid

Schedule: Monday to Friday (06:00 AM to 03:00 PM PHT)

The Purchasing Officer role is responsible for providing procurement services for small to medium Capex goods and services in addition to supporting procurement solutions for pre-delivery requirements. The role will work with the Coates Hire supplier base to manage delivery expectations and ensuring goods delivered to Coates Hire locations meet minimum pre-delivery requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Align with our uncompromising Safety First culture throughout the organisation and customer relationships.
• Undertake Pricing for Capex Goods and Services.
• Manage supplier performance to ensure delivery commitments are met, ETAs are accurate and current, and key updates are effectively communicated to stakeholders.
• Optimise procurement and pre-delivery and meet monthly reporting efficiency, supplier collaboration, and asset readiness.
• Provide reporting on Capex ETAs, pre-delivery ensuring monthly reporting timetable and quality is met.
• Maintain Preferred and Approved supplier listings and contact database.
• Provide support to Capex Team Lead and Senior Buyers when required.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
