Business Support - Reporting & Monitoring
Manage and prepare monthly reports for key stakeholders, including:
Consolidated Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) report for internal review and submission to FMO for project cost allocation
Labour Utilisation Dashboard for delivery resources related to BS Services and BS Solutions projects for the SSB senior leadership team
Manage highly confidential project financial information in compliance with corporate information security policies
Support project cost management for identified key projects by monitoring actual versus planned expenditures to ensure accountability and cost efficiency
Analyse data to evaluate Services & Solutions Business (SSB) / PMO performance and delivery resource utilisation to improve productivity
Establish, enhance, and consolidate dashboard tools to analyse and monitor resource productivity
Departmental Digital Transformation Initiatives (Requires knowledge of the SSB Business Solutions portfolio to validate project categorisation and coordinate with cross-functional teams.)
Participate in business process improvement initiatives and cross-functional operational projects
Serve as System Administrator and validator for SSB OneConnect (OneInvoice: eApproval module for third-party invoices / OneTime)
Administer and support SSB digital systems, including:
Solutions & Services Productivity Dashboard (PowerApps & Power BI)
Solutions & Services Utilisation Dashboard (PowerApps & Power BI)
