Job Description

  • Manage end to end flow of imported goods from suppliers, ensuring timely, efficient, and compliant shipment processing.
  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor product distribution and delivery schedules with internal teams and distributors.
  • Ensure full compliance with shipping, customs, and regulatory requirements, including BOC, DENR EMB, FDA, and FPA.
  • Handle documentation for import/export activities, freight forwarding, and local deliveries.
  • Prepare Purchase Orders, Quotations, invoices, and delivery related documents with high accuracy.
  • Coordinate with import brokers to secure timely and compliant assessments and cargo releases.
  • Track shipments and schedule deliveries to meet customer and distributor requirements.
  • Prepare rolling purchase forecasts based on sales and distributor inputs.
  • Manage inventory levels and liaise with distributor warehouse teams on stock monitoring and status.
  • Monitor payment status and issue reminders to prevent late payments.
  • Maintain accurate records for reporting, book keeping, audits, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Submit basic accounting information to the external accounting firm.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Business Process & Logistics Executive Should Have

  • Diploma level or higher, with strong logical thinking, openness, and high achievement motivation.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in logistics, including at least 2 years in a similar import/export role.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines and processes across BOC, FDA, FPA and DENR EMB.
  • Solid understanding of logistics and inventory management, ideally with software familiarity.
  • Outstanding analytical, problem solving, and organisational abilities.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
