The Chief Client Office (CCO) is focused on providing a consistent Client Experience across all business lines and geographies, enabling enhanced Client Satisfaction, Revenue Growth and Business Line Success. The CCO function includes Sales, Partners, Relationship Management, Integration, Marketing & Communications and Sales Analytics & Operations.

The Impact You Will Have In This Role

Being a member of the team, a Business Process & Analytics Reporting Senior Associate is responsible for detailed reporting analytics to create data-driven insights to help inform and drive business decisions and strategies. The Business Process & Analytics Reporting Senior Associate should be able to drive stakeholder conversations using the obtained pertinent data while highlighting KBIs/KPIs as well as potential data quality discrepancies from each data source. Knowledge of Salesforce.com, Snowflake, Power BI, and the business are essential for transforming raw data into functional reports for key stakeholders and upper management.

To be successful as a Business Process & Analytics Reporting Senior Associate, you should be able to drive reporting initiatives to generate useful deductions from raw information. A top-notch Reporting Senior Associate will continually create and modify reporting to meet the needs of our internal stakeholders.

Your Primary Responsibilities

  • Accurately analyze and source metrics from various databases including, but not limited to, Salesforce.com and Snowflake, including building/maintaining table relationships.
  • Drive development, launch, and maintenance of dashboards across CCO within Power BI and Salesforce.com.
  • Create and monitor business reports that provide key insights, which might be utilized to inform and drive business decisions and strategies.
  • Prioritize reporting improvement activities across the enterprise in support of all departments and functional areas within CCO where directed, including template modernization and layout standardization.
  • Document and drive CCO/Self-Service Analytics support strategy, including consolidating updates from meetings and tracking project forecasts vs actuals in PPM.
  • Provide monthly, quarterly, or ad-hoc operational reporting to CCO management including sales activity monitoring, pipeline reviews, etc.
  • Support internal time-tracking tool (Unanet) through actioning support tickets from global users, updating users and projects, and maintaining system documentation.
  • Regularly examine data reports to locate and resolve data discrepancies throughout.
  • Support various departments within CCO to reach their goals through analysis.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Participate in data clean-up efforts including project coordination, research, and data entry.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Salesforce.com or CRM experience. (Reports and Dashboard experience required)
  • Microsoft Power BI and/or Tableau experience required
  • DAX and Power Query experence preferred
  • Ability to create and manage query relational databases using SQL
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel including data review, formulas, pivot tables, graphs, and charts.
  • Data Visualization and Modeling experience preferred

  • 5+ years of Microsoft Excel, Access, & PowerPoint experience.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively relate data to internal stakeholders.

The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
