The Business Operations Analyst provides operational and data support across the Open Distribution business, enabling sales, supply chain, and commercial teams through accurate execution of processes, reporting, and data management. This offshore operations role focuses on timely, reliable delivery to support effective business decision-making.
What are we looking for?
Bachelors degree in IT, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in business operations, reporting, or operational support roles (Mandatory)
Strong Excel capability with experience in pivot tables, advanced lookups, and reconciling data from multiple sources (Mandatory)
Exposure to business intelligence, reporting, or data tools (Power BI, SQL, or similar technologies) (Mandatory)
Proven ability to execute operational tasks independently, manage competing priorities, and consistently deliver accurate outputs
Strong written communication skills and confidence liaising with cross-functional stakeholders
Experience supporting complex or high-volume operations across multiple stakeholders or functions
Nice to have
Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development in operations, data, systems, or process improvement
Experience supporting multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and meeting tight deadlines
Experience supporting offshore or remote teams across time zones
Key Relationships / Role Dimensions
This role is primarily responsible for operational and reporting support across the Open Distribution business. It works closely with cross-functional stakeholders to support effective day-to-day execution.
Key Relationships
Reporting Team: Works closely to support reporting updates, data validation, and ongoing data accuracy across operational and business reports.
Claims Team: Supports claims-related processing and data requirements, ensuring transactions and records are completed accurately and in line with agreed processes.
Supply Chain Team: Supports data reporting and operational inputs related to inventory planning and forecasting activities.
Product and Account Management Team: Provides operational and reporting support to enable product execution and account-level activities.
IT: Liaises with IT to support system access, data issues, reporting requirements, and resolution of operational or system related incidents.
