Where You Come In

• Leverage financial data and KPIs to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and operational excellence.
• You will execute, manage, and / or support the development of specifications for reports, dashboards and analysis based on business needs using required and / or available data elements.
• You will directly produce datasets and reports for competitive research analysis using available reporting tools.
• You will apply knowledge of business intelligence practices to support building operational efficiencies and strategic planning.
• You may be asked to analyze simple to complex intelligence using data to provide preliminary insights.
• You may be asked provide consultation to end-users and support cross-functional teams to address business issues.
• You will leverage your interpersonal skills to drive results.
• You will collaborate with key stakeholders.
• You will have the opportunity to execute projects impacting safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
  
  

• Proven experience in Business Intelligence, Data Visualization, and Data Analysis (experience in a financial setting is a plus).
• Strong technical skills in BI tools (Tableau, Qlik, Looker, Power BI), MS Excel/PowerPoint, and SQL for creating efficient queries and reports.
• Ability to research and apply data visualization best practices, and communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Highly attentive to detail, quick learner, and capable of prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with curiosity and eagerness to learn; interest in AI/ML development is a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and oral) and proven ability to work collaboratively in team-oriented settings.
• Adaptable, proactive, and able to identify roadblocks and escalate when needed.
• Positive attitude, respect for inclusion and teamwork, and commitment to delivering results under tight deadlines.

• Typically requires a Bachelors degree in a technical discipline, and a minimum of 2-5 years related experience or Masters degree and 0-2 years equivalent experience.
