Business Development Representative

The role involves sourcing and engaging local merchants, assisting in TikTok recruitment events, and conducting business communications in both Chinese and Filipino. This is a flexible opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain handson experience in ecommerce and business development.

Job Responsibilities

• Support TikTok recruitment roadshows by sourcing and developing local merchants, brands, and supply chain partners.
• Communicate in both Chinese (Mandarin) and Filipino to explain onboarding policies and incentive programs.
• Handle onsite presentations, business negotiations, client followups, and data tracking.
  
  

• Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and Filipino, capable of businesslevel communication.
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop or the Philippine ecommerce landscape is a plus.
• Outgoing, proactive, and responsible; able to participate in offline events.
• Open to current university students, recent graduates, and parttime applicants.
