Business Development Officer

Job Summary

As a Business Development Officer main goal is to identify opportunities for business growth and create marketing strategies based on those opportunities in order to meet and exceed revenue goals. Identifying business opportunities to pursue and creating business proposals to support their ideas.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet those needs.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentation to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our products or services.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate sales efforts and provide excellent customer service.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
  
  

• Graduate of BS Marketing Management or equivalent
• With at least 2 year working experience in the same capacity
• Must have background in Logistic & Freight forwarding industry.
• With existing clients is an advantage
• With excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• With pleasing personality
• Can start first week of January 2026
• Willing to be assigned in Ermita Center Building, Ermita, Manila
