- Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential growth areas.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.
- Track and report on sales performance and pipeline activities.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
- Proven expertise in sales and business development within the freight forwarding industry
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively close deals and manage client relationships.
- Ability to identify new market opportunities and create strategies to capitalise on them.
- Experience in preparing and delivering impactful sales presentations.
- Proficiency in analysing market trends and competitor activities.
- Capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Solid organisational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
- Comfortable working within a structured sales environment using Salesforce CRM and following global policies and compliance
