About The Role

We are looking for an energetic and driven Business Development to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for a sales challenger who enjoys prospecting, engaging decision-makers, and creating business value through solution-based selling. You will play a key role in acquiring new customers and building long-term relationships to support sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• To answer all incoming inquiries professionally
• Identify and acquire new customers through proactive prospecting and sales activities
• Engage with decision-makers and influencers, set appointments, and conduct face-to-face sales presentations
• Maintain and grow new accounts using a structured Key Account Management approach
• Promote and raise awareness of company products and solutions in the market
  
  

• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience.
• Degree in any related field
• Experience in packaging industry is highly advantageous
• Strong hunting mindset with high sales drive and resilience
• Resourceful, analytical, and problem-solving oriented with techno-commercial understanding
• Fluent in Local Language and English (spoken and written)
• Possess own transport and willing to travel extensively
