Business Development Associate - Audio

Position Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and execute compelling audio content tailored for both traditional and digital audiences.
• Analyze and apply audio consumption trends, including short-form audio, branded podcasts, live streaming, and online radio.
• Develop and implement audience engagement strategies across multiple platforms, integrating social media, shoppable audio, and community-building initiatives.
• Implement and optimize audio monetization models, such as sponsorships, programmatic ads, and branded integrations.
• Understand and coordinate ad operations for both broadcast and digital environments.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with brands, creators, and platforms to support content growth and revenue targets.
  
  

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in audio asset management (podcasts, radio networks, live broadcast)Bachelor’s degree in related fields
• Proficiency in audio management and distribution platforms (e.g., Spotify for Creators, Apple Podcasts, etc.)
• Familiarity with live broadcast workflows (radio operations, broadcast systems)
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities
• Creative thinker with data-driven decision-making
• Excellent consultative communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Clear communicator with a strong client-facing presence
