6–10+ years of experience in Cards, Payments, or Banking domainProven experience as a Business Analyst or Functional SME in Cards transformation or platform implementation projects.
Experience with Cards issuing platforms (e.g., VisionPLUS, TSYS, PowerCARD, or similar)
Experience in end-to-end project lifecycle including requirements, build, testing, and deploymentExposure to scheme certifications (Visa/Mastercard) is highly desirable
Strong understanding of Cards issuing lifecycle and transaction flowsKnowledge of payment ecosystems, scheme rules, and integrations
Experience in writing BRDs, functional specifications, and process mappings
Familiarity with Cards platform configuration and functional design
Your Role
Role Purpose - Act as the functional SME for Cards initiatives by driving business and functional analysis across new Cards platform implementations, product launches, and ecosystem integrations, translating business needs into clear functional specifications that enable effective solution design, delivery, and certification.
Key Responsibilities
Lead business and functional analysis across Cards issuing journeys, product features, and supporting processes.
Support new Cards platform installation, configuration understanding, and product launch readiness.
Capture, analyse, and refine requirements into BRDs, functional flows, and use cases.
Identify functional gaps and impacts across target Cards platforms and integrated systems.
Act as liaison between business, solution architects, vendors, and delivery teams to clarify requirements and support execution.
Demonstrate working understanding of the Visa ecosystem, messaging, rules, and certification processes, and support certification readiness activities with schemes as required.
