As a Business Analyst professional in the Mortgage Servicing Technology team, you ensure the reliability and efficiency of our LoanSphere and Mortgage Servicing Platform systems. You provide essential support to end-users, resolve technical issues, and collaborate with IT and business partners to maintain seamless operations. You play a vital role in upholding compliance, data integrity, and continuous improvement. Together, we create a secure and effective servicing environment for our clients.
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain the health and performance of LoanSphere and MSP systems
- Identify and resolve system issues to minimize operational disruptions
- Respond to and troubleshoot user-reported problems with clear communication
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users on system functionality
- Log, track, and manage incidents and service requests, following escalation procedures
- Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to resolve complex technical issues
- Support scheduled system maintenance, upgrades, and patch deployments
- Validate system functionality post-upgrade and assist with user acceptance testing
- Generate and distribute system performance and usage reports
- Maintain accurate documentation for system processes and troubleshooting guides
- Communicate system changes, outages, and updates to stakeholders
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience supporting mortgage servicing systems or similar technology platforms
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Experience with system monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident management
- Ability to follow established escalation and support procedures
- Familiarity with compliance, security protocols, and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in generating reports and maintaining documentation
- Ability to work collaboratively with IT, business teams, and external vendors
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Commitment to maintaining data integrity and confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
- Experience with LoanSphere and Mortgage Servicing Platform (MSP)
- Knowledge of mortgage servicing processes and industry best practices
- Exposure to system upgrades, patch management, and user acceptance testing
- Experience supporting compliance audits and remediation activities
- Familiarity with process improvement and automation initiatives
- Ability to configure systems for new or updated business processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
