Business Analyst 9 Months Contract

Our client is a leading insurance firm who is looking to undergo a major technology transformation project in the Philippines.

We are looking for a Business Analyst who will support them over a 9-month contract in Manila.
 
Requirements

• Proven experience as a business analyst or equivalent titles with expertise in requirements gathering and process mapping.
• Strong ability to understand and adapt to technical processes and architecture.
• Familiarity with AWS Connect is ideal
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage stakeholders in a complex environment.
• Good to have background with contact center transformation projects.

As this position needs to be filled as soon as possible, we can only proceed with candidates who are eligible to start working in Manila, Philippines, without sponsorship.
