Job Responsibilities

• Issue contracts for new tenants and for renewal.
• Monitor rental and utilities (water, association dues, electrical) payment.
• Make notices for late payments, memos and letters
• Coordinate and handle tenants' various concerns and problems.
• Coordinate with single units building management,
• the barangay or with the company attorney if needed.
• Conduct unit viewings for vacant single units if needed.
• Collection Report Preparation.
• OR and PR Issuance
• Preparation of water computation
• Encoding of Meralco deposit refund.
• Processing deposit refund.
• Coordination of needed repairs with the companys maintenance staff
• Proper manual and digital filing.
• Fill up vacancies for all the buildings
• Post vacancies in Facebook Marketplace, Facebook forums, Carousell, Lamudi and other online real estate websites.
• Update Facebook page
• Coordinate updating of website with website
• developer.
• Other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
