Schedule: Monday - Friday (6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

The purpose of the Broker Review Officer role is to ensure that the portfolio targets are met through the provision of expertise information to the LMG File Review process. This person is expected to have a deep understanding and high level of process know-how of the program.

Skills Required

  • Bachelors Degree in any relevant course.
  • 1-2 years of experience in AU Mortgage.
  • Related experience in client relations and broker support is preferred.
  • Excellent English communication skills verbal and written.

What will you do?

  • Quality checking the file for submission.
  • Perform QA evaluations.
  • To review and where necessary adjust the loan submission to ensure the application meets lender requirements and submission quality is at the highest possible standard
  • Understanding the lender checklist requirements for loan submission
  • Follow industry regulations set by ASIC
  • Ensure upload of required client documents in MyCRM as applicable i.e. Identification Documents, Compliance Documents, Income Documents, Alt Doc, Full Doc, Rental Income, Government Income, Investment Income, Living Expenses, Child Support, Existing Liabilities, Miscellaneous Liabilities, BNPL, Refinance Documents, Purchase Documents, Construction Documents, Guarantors, Lender Application, Additional Documents, Trusts, Reverse Mortgages and Asset Finance/Personal Loans Analysing loan applications and supporting evidence to make professional judgements on file quality, adherence to legislation and internal Policies and Procedures
  • Contribute to the effectiveness and consistency of audit practice and outcomes, through actively participating in professional development and business improvement activities.
  • Create on a weekly basis audit reports on findings and make recommendations for future action in accordance with legislative requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of audit activities, findings, and decisions, in accordance with policies and procedures
  • Meeting defined minimum audit output on a weekly basis. Audit reviews conducted by Internal Audit Manager, Lenders and ASIC
  • Delivery of exceptional customer service when engaging with clients & other stakeholders to the loan application process. This communication will occur daily.
  • Providing updates on various cases
