The purpose of a Loan Processor is to assist Australian mortgage brokers with administrative tasks to process and track loan applications. The role requires you to communicate with relative stakeholders, prepare documentation, keep systems and CRMs updated, and follow a loan application from pre-submission to post approval within required timeframes
Skills Required
Bachelors Degree in any relevant course.
1-2 years of experience in AU Mortgage.
Related experience in client relations and broker support is preferred.
Excellent English communication skills verbal and written.
What will you do?
Ensure Compliance with applicable legislation, regulatory requirements, licensing obligations and internal policies and procedures through a comprehensive and robust audit program.
Review and where necessary adjust the loan submission to ensure the application meets the lender requirements and submission quality is at the highest possible standards.
Ensure that the required client documents are uploaded in the system.
Understand the lender checklist requirements for loan submission and follow industry regulations set by ASIC.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of audit activities, finding, and decision in accordance with policies and procedures.
Ensures delivery of exceptional customer service when engaging with clients & other stakeholders to the loan application process.
