What will you do?

We’re seeking a team-oriented individual with strong character and a positive attitude to join us as a Mortgage Broker Support. While you don’t need to be experienced in all areas, we’re looking for someone eager to learn, pays attention to detail, communicates effectively, and contributes positively to our team dynamic.

Key Responsibilities

• Data entry and Document management (collecting, renaming and organizing)
  
  

Ensure every loan submission is structured and aligns with the lender policies and clients needs.

• NCCP Compliance checks
• Funding and servicing calculators, living expense and credit report analysis
• Lender and Product research / comparisons (Quickli)
• Valuations and Pricing requests
• Credit reports review
• Stay updated on industry trends, lending products and regulatory changes.
  
  

Skills Required

• Bachelors Degree in a relevant course.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Australian mortgage broking industry specializing in AU loan processing.
• Experience in using aggregators CRM such as MyCRM, Infynity, Mercury Nexus, Flex or Salestrekker.
• Experience using any Project/Task Management Tools (Monday.com, Trello, Airtable etc).

• Experience in MyCRM Software
• Certificate IV Financing & Mortgage Brokering
