What is ANZ Broadcast Administrator?

As an ANZ Broadcast Administrator, you will be an integral part of the ANZ Broadcast Administrator Team, working closely with the APAC Broadcast Management Team to oversee the administration of all broadcast operations. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and managing the data and systems critical to our broadcast processes. This role provides an exciting opportunity to leverage your organisational skills while coordinating effectively with colleagues across different countries.

The position involves communicating with Account Executives and the Customer Experience Team to ensure the timely delivery of broadcast products and the efficient handling of requests. While the ANZ BA Team reports directly to the ANZ BA Team Leader, they also work closely with SEA BAs, Broadcast Monitors, APAC Operations Manager, APAC Broadcast Manager, APAC Capture Manager, and Copyright.

What does the role require?

  • Has been with Isentia for at least one year.
  • Good attendance record.
  • No ongoing performance management plan or disciplinary action.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills, especially in the English language
  • A detailed understanding of Broadcast applications and processes.
  • Knowledge around Broadcast programming in Australia and New Zealand.
  • A good understanding of who our clients are and what they value.
  • Strong ability to conduct in-depth research and monitor various media platforms (television, radio, podcast, online news, social media).
  • High organisational skills and can manage multiple tasks and deadlines, especially in a fast-paced media environment.
  • Can work with minimal supervision, but is also a team player.
  • An ability to problem solve / good in troubleshooting.
  • Proactive in identifying and resolving issues impacting Broadcast operations.
  • Flexible and open to working from home set-up with the ability to attend the office as needed.
  • Willing to work on weekends (Saturday or Sunday)
  • Has a reliable internet connection at home
  • What does the role involve?
  • Administration and management of broadcast content, while supporting day-to-day broadcast operations.
  • Contributing to projects aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of broadcast operations.
  • Collaborating with team members across the APAC region to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Collating data to support and train machine learning models, including maintaining the noun replacement and advertisement databases.
  • Communicating updates and addressing feedbac,k including quality and accuracy concerns from stakeholders
  • Participating in continuous improvements to ensure broadcast operations remain aligned with evolving business needs and industry standards.
  • Adapting to new technologies to stay ahead of industry trends and contribute to innovation.
