pingAccurately record all financial transactions, including income, expenses, and accounts payable/receivable, in QuickBooks Onl
ine.Reconcile bank and credit card statements regularly to maintain accurate financial reco
rds.Manage the full cycle of accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing clients, tracking payments, and processing vendor bi
lls.Assist with preparing reports or summaries for management review as nee

Office Administration & Lice
nsingLicense & Permit Management: Track and manage the renewal process for all company licenses and permits — especially insurance licenses — ensuring full compliance and timely upd
ates.Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and assisting with company events or communicat
ions.Document Management: Maintain well-organized and confidential digital and physical filing systems for financial records, contracts, and legal docum
ents.
Required Qualific
ations
Ed
ucationHigh school diploma or equivalent re
quired.An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is pre
ferred.
Ex
perienceProven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounti
ng role.Prior experience in administrative support or office man
agement.Experience handling insurance license renewals or similar compliance-related tasks is highly de
sirabl
e. SkillsProficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks Online preferred; familiarity with Xero or FreshBooks is
a plus).Strong understanding of basic accounting principles (e.g
., GAAP).Excellent data entry accuracy and mathematical
ability.Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Driv
e, etc.).Exceptional attention to detail and organizationa
l skills.Strong written and verbal communicatio
n skills.Ability to work independently, handle confidential information, and manage competing priorities eff
