Overall Duties And Responsibilities
Leads the CRM function, which covers all aspects of direct marketing campaign development and execution, including precision marketing practices, customer lifecycle management, analytics and insight mining, and channel management.
Collaborates closely with business stakeholders and leadership teams to align on priorities and strategic direction.
Leads the continuous improvement of CRM processes, practices, tools, and skill sets to drive more effective campaign development, execution, and portfolio optimization.
Champions the use of customer lifetime value as the north star for all company initiatives, CRM or otherwise.
Knowledge, Skills, And Behaviors
Customer-centric, value-based mindset.
Deep understanding of precision marketing frameworks and principles of marketing science.
Proficiency in data analysis and statistical reasoning.
