AU Accountant AU Accounting Firm WFH

Salary: P40,000 - P60,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday to Friday (07:00 AM-04:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required

• Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in Australian Accounting
• Proven experience as a bookkeeper or payroll specialist in an Australian context.
• Proficiency in advanced accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of Australian payroll processes, taxation, and superannuation.
• Excellent attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
• Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and upholding professional ethics.
• High ethical standards and integrity in all financial practices.

• Maintain accurate and current financial records using Xero accounting software.
• Record and reconcile bank transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  
  

• Process weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payroll for clients employees, ensuring adherence to Australian payroll regulations.
• Calculate and deduct appropriate taxes, superannuation contributions, and other
  
  

• Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll matters.
• Prepare and distribute payslips and electronic transfers in a timely manner.
  
  

• Collaborate effectively with the Honed Accounting team to ensure outstanding client service.
