Schedule: Monday - Friday (6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Experience

Skills Required:

  • 1–3 years of experience in loyalty consulting, CRM, customer retention, or related fields
  • Strong academic background
  • Experience working with clients and managing deliverables
  • Familiarity with loyalty programs (airlines, banking, retail, travel, insurance, payments) is advantageous but not essential

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking
  • Ability to simplify complex problems
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities

What will you do?

Client & Team Engagement

  • Participate in client-facing activities including stakeholder interviews, workshops, meetings, and presentations
  • Manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery

Consulting & Analysis

  • Conduct research and analysis on loyalty programs, customer behaviors, value propositions, and program effectiveness
  • Perform market, competitor, sector, and customer research
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative data analysis
  • Develop financial models and support business case creation
  • Use AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity and quality

Client Deliverables

  • Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and strategic materials
  • Use storytelling and data visualization to present insights clearly
