About The Job
The Associate, Commercial Operations will play a pivotal role in the company’s continuous development, working closely with the Business Development team in the Philippines. This position will focus on building and managing key relationships with the Philippines’ largest financial institutions, ensuring seamless campaign execution and operational excellence.
The Associate, Commercial Operations Will Be Responsible For
- Manage day-to-day relationships with the Philippines’ largest and leading financial institutions, acting as the primary point of contact for client queries, escalations, and ongoing engagement.
- Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, Creatory, telesales, customer service, legal, finance, fulfillment, and product team for successful campaign execution.
- Oversee and execute day-to-day business operations tasks with a high level of accuracy.
- Liaise with back-office teams on ad-hoc operational tasks and ensure smooth collaboration.
- Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure financial product information is up-to-date.
- Prepare, review, and verify critical documentation, including agreements and contracts.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Business Operations team.
- Collaborate with the wider Commercial and Analytics team in interpreting performance data and campaign metrics to surface actionable insights, Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions for efficiency gains.
In This Role, We Are Looking For Someone With
- Preferably 2 to 3 years of experience in Business and Commercial Operations role
- High attention to detail, critical thinking, and focus.
- Structured approach to cross-functional collaboration, with the ability to prioritize, execute tasks, and streamline processes across teams operating with different objectives.
- Proactive and client-focused personality, with experience in a marketing agency or digital business sector; comfortable managing both external stakeholder expectations and internal execution simultaneously.
- Financial industry knowledge or exposure in the Philippines preferred.
- Comfortable with dynamic environments and driving change through clear communication and structured problem-solving.
- Interpersonal, social, problem-solving, and analytical skills — including the ability to interpret data and translate insights across Business Analytics, Marketing, and Affiliate contexts — with excellent execution capabilities.
