The Opportunity

The Assistant will provide high-quality administrative, organizational, and communication support to the Country Managing Director. Ensure effective coordination, confidentiality, and professionalism in all interactions while enabling efficient execution of executive priorities across the organization.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • You will have strong ownership mindset regarding agenda, schedule, and stakeholder interactions, broad experience in the Executive Assistant or administrative discipline, typically obtained through advanced, obtain, organize, and prepare information for conferences, speeches, reports, and presentations as requested by the executive.
  • You will edit, proofread, format, and design documents, support document production and form completion, conduct data entry and ensure accuracy and completeness of executive-level materials.
  • You will own and manage the executives agenda, ensuring optimal time allocation, prioritization, and preparedness, oversee access to the executive and act as gatekeeper for internal and external stakeholders, schedule and coordinate meetings, workshops, and travel arrangements, including itineraries, logistics, and follow-ups.
  • You will receive, screen, and relay telephone and email messages from internal and external stakeholders, manage, filter, and prioritize communication to support efficient decision-making.
  • You will ensure timely escalation and follow-up on critical items requiring executive attention, navigate and support internal processes such as financial workflows, authorization procedures, and internal controls, apply functional understanding to anticipate needs and ensure process compliance.
  • You will have high level of professionalism and confidentiality, strong sense of initiative with an ability to anticipate needs, excellent time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills.
  • You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

  • You hold bachelor’s degree in business administration or related courses.
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in assisting C-level executives.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global, and matrixed environment, proven stakeholder management capabilities with the ability to interact across levels.
  • Apply functional understanding to anticipate needs and ensure process compliance, high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Strong sense of initiative with an ability to anticipate needs, excellent time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to represent the executive with professionalism.
  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
