Job Description

Mission

To achieve profitable and sustainable market growth within assigned B2B accounts, while aligning with adidas (target) brand image & strategy. Ensure key account target achievement

Accountiblity

(To be performed in alignment with global and regional guidelines)

Functional

Negotiate and look for potential B2B customers (government, teams, corporate)
Assist implement the B2B and ensure monthly targets are achieved

Assist in the development of sell in tools
Create the end to end process for B2B (playbook)

Controlling

Monitor the progress of assigned accounts KPIs to ensure target achievement
Manage key relationships in B2B, B2G, Schools, and similar industires

Experience

Functional: Preferably 2 years sales, ideally in KA

Industry: Preferably in apparel/ fashion/ FW or FMCG

Leadership: With skills but no experience required

Exposure: Sports, marketing, account marketing
