Job Description

This position is responsible for the supervision and management of Food & Beverage Services operations to maximize guest satisfaction and department profits.

Primary Responsibilities

• Set periodical Food & Beverage Services budget & forecast
• Analyze monthly P&L and month-end reports, identify deviation from business plan goals
• Participate in management meetings to review progress towards achievement of business plan goals and develop the annual business plan related for the department.
• Oversee and manage Food & Beverage Operations and team members.
  
  

• Previous luxury brand hotel experience is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Diploma in Hospitality Management/Food & Beverage preferred
• Additional certification(s) in Food & Beverage will be an advantage
• Experienced in all aspects of Food & Beverage Services service, especially in local function styles
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity with proven records in delivering Food & Beverage Services operating results
• High degree of professionalism with strong understanding of global markets and business acumen
