They ensure the delivery of a customer focused and compliant services through the adoption of frictionless finance, practice processes, technologies, methodologies which drive innovation and process improvements. Their deepening domain expertise means they handle standard credit management transactions including customer order hold and order release

AR Credit Support Process Associate

General Description:

Ensures accuracy and integrity of financial records related to retail customer accounts. This involves reconciling complex to advance customer receivables between different sources, and serve as first point of contact with various teams/parties/customers in resolving discrepancies, disputes or deductions to improve DSO/working capital.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Critical Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Assertiveness and negotiation skills

Willing to work onsite in McKinley Taguig and amenable to any shift

With at least 1.5 years of relevant experience
