Job Description:

- Expected to be an SME.

- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Lead the development and implementation of application solutions.

- Ensure the team adheres to project timelines and quality standards.

- Facilitate communication and coordination between team members.

Job Qualifications:

- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Appian Process Automation.

- Strong understanding of software engineering principles.

- Experience in leading application development projects.

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Appian Process Automation.

- This position is based at our Manila office.

- Candidate should be residing in the Philippines and legally authorized to work in the country
