About The Role

Your Core Focus

You’ll take full ownership of a category within our Amazon business, managing revenue, profitability, product launches, and advertising strategies. You’ll scale performance across your portfolio while aligning with leadership to push the brand to new heights.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive category growth through smart pricing, sales, and ad strategies
  • Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns for sales and profitability
  • Lead PPC initiatives and keyword strategies to boost organic rankings and conversions
  • Pitch high-potential new products and launch plans backed by market research
  • Revitalize legacy listings to maintain strong margins and ranking
  • Forecast demand, manage inventory, and minimize surcharges and fees
  • Collaborate daily with the Optimization and PPC teams to align on goals
  • Partner with Product Development and Supply Chain for smooth, scalable execution
  • Present wins, challenges, and next-step growth plans to leadership monthly

Minimum Qualifications

You’re a strategic operator who’s equal parts analytical and entrepreneurial. You’ve conquered Amazon before, and now you’re ready to bring that experience to a brand that’s doing work that matters.

Who You Are

  • An Amazon pro with 5+ years owning a category, sales, profits, and growth in your blood.
  • A proven scaler, ex-brand owner or e-commerce vet who’s built winning portfolios.
  • Seller Central wizard: PPC, keyword ranking, competitive analysis, you’ve got it down.
  • Data-driven, turning numbers into strategies that win.
  • Inventory ace, forecast demand, cut costs, keep it tight.
  • A team player who’s coachable, eager to learn our winning ways, and ready to execute big.
  • Hungry to crush it, glued to trends, and relentless about results.
