Job Description
Contract: 6 months
Schedule: Monday to Friday (9:00AM - 6:00PM PHT)
As an AI Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering AI-powered solutions that enhance sales effectiveness and customer enablement across the company. This role combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership, focusing on building scalable, secure, and observable AI systems that operate reliably in production.
You will contribute to the technical direction of Hivebot and broader AI capabilities, applying modern AI patterns such as LLMbased applications, retrievalaugmented generation (RAG), and Agentic AI. You’ll also help uplift AI engineering practices across squads, ensuring responsible, highquality AI delivery aligned with company standards.

Maintain and elevate AI engineering excellence, ensuring reliability, scalability, cost-effectiveness, and operational readiness of AI systems.
Foster growth and engagement within the engineering team by promoting strong AI engineering practices and technical capability uplift.
Contribute to a collaborative, high performing team delivering production ready AI features that create measurable business impact.
What are we looking for
3 ~ 5 years of experience in software engineering, with hands-on delivery of AI or ML systems in production environments.
Strong experience building AI powered applications using modern LLM platforms (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, or opensource models).
Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript, with experience building APIs and microservices.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred), including event driven and serverless architectures.
Solid understanding of AI trade-offs including accuracy, latency, cost, and user experience.
Experience implementing monitoring, evaluation, and guardrails for AI systems in production.
Ability to collaborate effectively in cross functional, product led teams.
Proven ability to mentor engineers and contribute to continuous improvement in engineering practices.
What you will do
Contribute to and execute the technical strategy for AI powered applications supporting Hivebot and Sales Success platforms.
Design, build, and operate LLM-based solutions, including prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, tool/function calling, and workflow orchestration.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to translate user needs into AI capabilities.
Integrate AI solutions with existing platforms, APIs, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.
Ensure system health, observability, and operational excellence for AI workloads, including monitoring quality, latency, and cost.
Promote engineering excellence through best practices such as CI/CD, automated testing, secure coding, evaluation frameworks, and responsible AI guardrails.
Align AI development with company standards for security, privacy, data governance, and ethical AI usage.
Support cross functional teams adopting AI capabilities, ensuring consistent and cohesive service delivery.
Evaluate emerging AI technologies and patterns, assessing readiness for production use and business impact.
