Job Description
Schedule: Monday - Friday (6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT)
Salary: P30,000 to P38,000 (Monthly Package)
What are we looking for?
Reporting to the Agreements Team Leader, the Agreements Administrator will be responsible for the accurate preparation and execution of Broker related documentation and manage the data in our customer relationship management, payment and accounting systems.
What will you do?
Accurately prepare Broker related documentation including but not limited to, new Broker Agreements, Deeds of Variation, Separation documents and Loan Writer Appointment letters.
Facilitate and prepare required documentation for Brokers changing their entities and transferring within the network.
Agreement processing
Manage and respond to daily emails received through shared team mailboxes
Work with the Risk and Compliance Team to ensure compliance of all brokers for the purpose of being able to receive their commission, by ensuring personal indemnity insurance, ABN / GST and ACNs are maintained and current
Maintain the data integrity of agreements related information within our customer relationship management system
Manage the data maintenance in our customer relationship management, payment and accounting systems
Work with the Onboarding Team to ensure fast and efficient broker onboarding
Support the Head of Onboarding Experience with agreement specifics and historic setups
Collaborate with the Head of Onboarding Experience to continually look for ways to improve and develop the agreements process to ensure we are following the best practice, and to drive these changes within the business.
