Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Affiliate Marketing Specialist - Asia to lead and scale our affiliate presence across key Asian markets, including India, China, Japan, Singapore, and Southeast Asia.

This role is ideal for a strategic marketer who understands regional dynamics, can build strong local and global affiliate partnerships, and contribute to the overall growth of Ultahost’s global affiliate program.

You will own regional affiliate strategy while collaborating closely with global marketing teams to support worldwide expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy for Asian markets, with a strong focus on India, China, Japan, Singapore, and Southeast Asia.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage new affiliates through local networks, affiliate platforms, influencers, and strategic partnerships.
• Design localized campaigns and promotional strategies aligned with regional trends, cultures, and consumer behavior.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with regional and global affiliates, ensuring high engagement and performance.
• Create and manage localized affiliate marketing assets (content, creatives, landing pages) in regional languages.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize affiliate performance to identify growth opportunities and ROI improvements.
• Collaborate with influencers, publishers, and key partners to strengthen affiliate reach and conversions.
• Represent Ultahost at regional marketing events, affiliate summits, and industry conferences.
• Ensure compliance with regional regulations, platform policies, and affiliate marketing best practices.
  
  

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably with exposure to Asian markets.
• Fluency in English and at least one regional language (e.g., Hindi, Mandarin, Japanese).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proven experience in developing and executing region-specific affiliate strategies.
• Hands-on experience with affiliate management platforms such as Post Affiliate Pro, Refersion, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  
  

• Established network of affiliates, publishers, or influencers in Asia.
• Experience working with both regional and global affiliate platforms.
• Background in SaaS, web hosting, or technology-driven affiliate programs is a plus.
